Not to hijack the DB thread, but better BBQ can be found at American BBQ on Telegraph Rd (near Rt 1 in south Alexandria). Their BBQ sauce is better than Dixie Bones as well. Their BBQ sauce is better than Dixie Bones as well. Please note that the website referred to above now links to a barbecue house in Mount Jackson, VA, off I-81 in the Shenandoah Mountains. I don't know if the owner relocated or not, but according to Fairfax Underground, there was an auction, so perhaps not (it's a fairly common name, I would think).
