Soup Posted February 5, 2010 Share Posted February 5, 2010 am throwing the wife a party with 40 of her friends. We are doing the catering route and have chosen an indian caterer. I was thinking of the following dishes.... Veggie Pakora/Samosa Bhindi Masala Baigan Bartha Dal Saag Paneer Chicken Tikka masala chicken tandoori Lamb vindaloo or Rogan Josh Naan Raita basmati rice As you can see my knowledge of indian is based on years of eating at indian buffets. the menu seems pedastrian even to me. Ask him if he can do a few different types of chaat...basically Indian street snacks.
