Actually, this award is one of several that is voted on by the public, though the nominees come from the sponsoring organization. Given that, I'm not surprised FF won--it surely has more of a "general audience" than the other four nominees, not least because it's the least pricey (and those packed weekend brunches likely aren't largely the "power" crowd). But as Don notes, it is a credible nominee, if only because of its location and the weekday audience it is able to garner for that (but surely it's the worst least distinguished of the group, nevertheless).
