However, I will say that when America's Test Kitchen comes on TV, my wife says that my face brightens up. I don't know why, I don't even think I have made more then four or five recipes from the show/magazine in my life, but that show just puts me at ease. To put it more precisely, America's Test Kitchen and old episodes of 90210 are the only shows I would ever consider watching in low def. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Chris Kimball's reaction to some internet furor a few years ago caused me to stop subscribing, but I still keep my issues and use some of their advice.
