If I were a high-volume Chef, Sous Chef, GM, or AGM, and hated my job, I know where I'd be inserting my worm.

People can laugh at Great American Restaurant Group, Think Food Group, Neighborhood Restaurant Group, Passion Food Hospitality, Starr Restaurants, Clyde's Restaurant Group, Cuisine Solutions, Food Service Corporation Of America, SHAP (Stadium, Hospital, and Prison) Nourishment, Sysco Kidneys, Err-a-(Skid)Mark, Wal-Mart Inn-and-OutHouse, etc., but those are *exactly* the types of companies who can provide a staff to fill these positions, and a select few will make big eel.

(The reason I'm posting this is because we have a shitton of Chefs and Managers here, and I'm happy to give them a knock on the head helping hand.)
