DonRocks
I'll assume that people here can translate simple French with an internet translator, but in short: "Bellet" is an AOC in Nice, France that even people who visit Nice don't know about. It's tucked away up in the hills, and I have literally walked there from my in-laws' house. It is *tiny*, and has (or should I say: "had") only two good producers: Cháteau de Crémat and Cháteau de Bellet.Cháteau de Bellet was sold to an investment fund, and they're tearing up the place, constructing a chai. They made fantastic white wine, good rosé, decent red; the whites were awesome. Notice how I'm speaking in the past tense. The good news is that Cháteau de Crémat is the better of the two. ---Bonjour,Sachant combien tu ADORE les vins de Bellet, cherche "Vins de Bellet de Charnace" Le cháteau de Bellet vendu í un fond d'investissement.De grands travaux sont en cours, on va construire un grand chai. Ne pas confondre avec le chateau de Crémat.Juste pour information.
