Gravity Bear Posted January 26, 2016 Share Posted January 26, 2016 I've got a vigorous pot of máche (aka lamb's lettuce, corn salad greens) growing in my kitchen, but I don't have any good ideas about what to make with it...any ideas? astrid Posted January 26, 2016 Share Posted January 26, 2016 They taste pretty good in salads. Nutty and mild. Good with nuts, cheeses, and acidic fruits.
