DonRocks Posted February 6, 2016 Share Posted February 6, 2016 A fine-dining restaurant is looking for a Kitchen Server - a "Server+", I'll call it - someone who is comfortable working in Michelin-starred quality restaurants, and working closely with the chef. You are currently the equivalent of a Captain at a fairly high-level restaurant (think Birch & Barley, and I only pulled that out of my head as an example).
