Greeting, been in the restaurant business since I was 15, recently took a 2 year break to work in the 9 to 5 world - and hated it. Back in the biz now and loving it (again). Been on Don's for a couple of years now and not as active as I should be. Wife and I love to cook, eat and do all things food. Originally from Chicago, traveled and ate all over the world and and have lived in the DC area since 2000. Speak to you all soon!
