Must be polished, intelligent, creative, professional, mature, and driven. Must also posses brilliant organization and problem-solving skills. Strong Open Table experience preferred. We are also seeking a Head Server/Captain/Assistant Manager. This person must possess at least five years high-end fine dining experience. Strong advantage given to those who have held this role before, or been in a management position. Preference is for someone with sommelier level training, or equivalent knowledge. Will play a critical role in the oversight and leadership of service, training, scheduling, and food and wine education. Full flexibility of schedules and a long-term investment with us expected and required for all positions.
