Small private club in rural Loudoun County seeks Chef to revitalize our culinary program. An experienced chef is on the market right now, and can't go public with it (the restaurant is in financial trouble, and (s)he prefers to see it through to the end, if possible). A friend of mine is looking for an extremely high level Executive Chef. This is the type of position where, if you have to ask if you're qualified enough, you probably aren't. --- Another friend of mine is a talented cook, looking to become either a very high level Sous Chef, or, more appropriately to his skills, a Chef de Cuisine.
