  1. Small private club in rural Loudoun County seeks Chef to revitalize our culinary program. Responsibilities include: - Menu design and execution for Lunch Service, Tues-Friday, Dinner Service Tues- Friday, Brunch Saturday - Sunday - Inventory purchasing and control - Design and execution of special events - Management of food service & bar staff - Accountability for food/ beverage budget goals, overall culinary P&L Requirements: The Board of Directors seeks an experienced chef to partner with in order to enhance dining experiences for our members.   3. I was going to mention the "Toque-A-Scope" (although, I would have called this "Toque Toque....who's there?). It is remarkable that Carole Greenwood was in every night. The upside of control, so there you go!
  4. A friend of mine is looking for an extremely high level Executive Chef. This is the type of position where, if you have to ask if you're qualified enough, you probably aren't. --- Another friend of mine is a talented cook, looking to become either a very high level Sous Chef, or, more appropriately to his skills, a Chef de Cuisine.
