  1. Chef Eric Ziebold will bring two new restaurants to the city come Winter 2015. Designed by Darryl Carter, Kinship will be located on the first floor of 1015 Seventh Street NW in an historic building dating back to 1907. In the bi-level space, Métier, our second restaurant, will offer an intimate dining experience with partial views of the kitchen. Both restaurants will commit themselves to offer creative and contemporary American cuisine with a continued dedication to hospitality. Strong advantage given to those who have held this role before, or been in a management position. Preference is for someone with sommelier level training, or equivalent knowledge. Will play a critical role in the oversight and leadership of service, training, scheduling, and food and wine education.
