Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas to every member here. This website is nothing without you, and I will never lose sight of that fact.

And a final happy holiday thought:

If your disdain of Christmas shopping outweighs the joy you derive from seeing someone open a present, then you're a misanthrope... I'm a misanthrope.

BFH,

Ebenezer

(Well, at least I'm HONEST!)

Amen, brother.

(From the one who says "Bah, humbug!" all year long, and takes merry hell for it)

Everyone be well. And Don -- thanks for it all.

In the spirit of the site and the holiday, I present a very special Christmas message:

"Holy shit, where's the Tylenol?"

-Clark W. Griswold, Jr. (Chevy Chase in the seminal holiday classic, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation)

Ooooooog.... I ate and drank waaaaay too much. I hope Santa brings Lipitor.

"Where ya gonna put a tree that big?" "Bend over and I'll show you."

Watched it last night too. Happy happy kiddo.

Chinese food and a movie, like all the other Jews! Awful lot of yarmulkes at the cinema last night...

and a couple of non-Jews will be following the tradition for Chinese (but I think we'll do the movie at home). Have a great/happy/joyous/wonderful/etc. one and may the coming New Year be a good one.

So, do all the Chinese people go out for latkes on Xmas Day?

No, some of us draw prep and Yorkshire pudding duty. Although I did go out for blintzes and a knish on Xmas Eve, while wearing a Buddha Dog t-shirt.

Best wishes and a toast to all of you, my fellow diners, and may these holiday calories vanish quickly
