Blackfinn Ameripub, in Merrifield, "sells" growlers but say the beer must be drunk in the restaurant and they're not allowed to let it go home. Weird. These used to be called "pitchers".
Was that posted, or was that just the bartender or server saying that? Because it doesn't make sense unless they haven't gotten their off site license yet. But a lot of times people get confused about ABC regs.
