Upscale/Casual Italian restaurant seeking both FOH and BOH positions.

BOH, seeking qualified (2 plus years) experienced cook - culinary education is a plus. Applicants should have experience in cooking fresh pasta and work to high standards in a high volume restaurant. Applicants should have great energy and passion; good teamwork; professional work ethic and ability to think fast.

FOH, looking for experienced Hosts with a minimum of two years working in a high-volume restaurant. Knowledge of Open Table a must.
