Thanks to all these chefs who made Patrick's Culinary Tribute Dinner incredible. Food and wine were incredible. The silent auction raised over $5000 for Patrick's daughters. Thank's to Don and Tom Sietsema for publicizing the event. People who love food gathered together to celebrate Patrick's culinary life. He and Haidar were roommates for over 4 years....his daughters, who are 14 and 17, will benefit greatly from your wonderful contributions. Twenty of his cookbooks were sold, and raised over $3,000 for their education fund. Daniel Boulud, Haidar, and Green Pig Bistro raised another $2,000.
