Does anyone have experience with one of the MANY companies in DC that specializes in corporate rentals? I have been approved for 60 days up front (starting around February 22), but I need a company that will be flexible, as that has the possibility of extension in 30-day increments. I also need a company that has some pet-friendly options. Ideally, I also need a company that is willing to work with government CONUS per diems (which are teeny tiny by DC standards), but I suspect they all have some familiarity there. This just allows me to get in and get started, and it buys me some time to find something more permanent while we try to sell our house in Atlanta. Thanks so much!
