The consultant (Bill) came to our house after work at 6:30 and was a true professional. Despite the late hour I didn't feel rushed nor did he push any certain product on us to try and make a higher profit. We picked out what we wanted, he measured the windows and we got a call two weeks later that our custom shades were in. The installers came to our house on a Saturday and had all 6 windows done in under 45 minutes. Total cost for beautiful window shades complete with decorative tapes? $995. Put simply, it's perfect, the company is flexible and professional and their work is immaculate.
