This is the type of position where, if you have to ask if you're qualified enough, you probably aren't. --- Another friend of mine is a talented cook, looking to become either a very high level Sous Chef, or, more appropriately to his skills, a Chef de Cuisine. Well, I'm glad that every chef in the United States seeking to make over $100,000 is gainfully employed. Because this position is still wide open, and nobody has yet written me at donrockwell@dcdining.com I mean ... don't bother writing if you're not at that level, but you never know until you try.
