Joe H
Manor House at Poplar Springs is the website for a very real enigma. I've never heard of it yet the website looks absolutely fascinating. It's also nominated on WUSA 9 for the title of the Washington area's most romantic restaurant along with Citronelle and Obelisk among others.Has anyone been? dinwiddie
Interesting looking menu, I wonder what the prices are. The wine list is skimpy for a restaurant of that type and again, no idea of the prices. I did find the Thursday special interesting since is says it includes wine. I would assume that the Ridge Monte Bello is not the wine they chose for that purpose . I'd never heard of the place, but it sure looks pretty. Hmmm, when I clicked on the Menu selection I was asked for a username and password. I could scroll through the menu first page but nothing else...sounds like a web fix is in order. ulrath
Went here on X-mas eve. Price fixed menu. I spent 72 a head for 4 courses. The food was excellent. We stayed for three hours. I definently feel like I got my moneys worth. I'll be going back.
