What To Do With Thai Peppers

Dame Edna decided that he wanted me to grow a Thai pepper plant this year. I had to buy a 4-pack and now they are producing rather abundantly. It's obvious that I'm going to have to do some kind of preserving of all these peppers--which are HOT!

Any ideas on what to do with them? I don't have a food dehydrator to dry them.

They are thin skinned. You can just leave them out in the sun and they will dry pretty fast. I have left them sitting out indoors and they dried. You could also just give them to me ;) .

Slice into rounds, cover with fish sauce or vinegar.  They will keep forever this way, but they will eventually take on a sickly hue.  You could drain them after a week or two and have very hot fish sauce or vinegar.  You could simmer the rounds in a fresh tomato sauce till very soft and puree in the blender or food processor.  Freeze in 1 tablespoon amounts using an ice tray.  If it is a plastic ice tray, line each receptacle with plastic wrap or lean to like hot chile flavored martinis.

And do not toucheyes or any mucous membranes after slicing the peppers.
