Yudaleh, Machneyuda's sister restaurant across the street.  Sorta of a rollicking, counter-style wine bar type place.

Abu Shukri in the Old City of Jerusalem, super casual hummus joint.  Located by the Fifth Station of the Cross.  (Lina and Ta'ami are also considered top hummus joints, but we didn't get to them on our trip)

If you have a car and GPS, Rama's Kitchen in the Judean Hills outside Jerusalem is very good.

If you have the time, and can get a reservation (and you will need to get a reservation), I would seriously consider Rama's Kitchen (we went for weekend brunch).

The vibe is casual rustic but everything still ends up being rather elegant.  The food is lovely, their Taboon oven bread dishes are great, part of the restaurant overlooks their vegetable garden/nursery and chickens wander around the property, all nestled in the Judean Hills.  It's a special place.

Be aware, if you drive you will need to go through a checkpoint or two and you will need to have your passport with you.  And a GPS will be handy, Rama's Kitchen is down some not well marked back roads.
