A few random reactions. - I didn't realize mussels were endangered? I'm assuming that's in the backdrop here since the video caption says it was a "trial to grow mussels on a salmon farm" though maybe for cleaning versus commercial production. - Agree about narration. Especially surprising they didn't think of that given it's a fairly professional video even including underwater shots featuring the "sausage." - Watching a video like this reminds me of some recent converge about the very severe water shortages in Sao Paolo and SE Brazil. They're even starting to ration. We're fortunate, in the northern and eastern parts of the US, to have plentiful and ready access to clean water. Not true in too much of the world. - Bet these are really good mussels though most anything harvested off the Maine coast is pretty awesome in my own experience. :-)
