Yellow Miso

I found a new recipe for an oil-free salad dressing.  One of the ingredients in the dressing is yellow miso. After checking with Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, I have not been able to find it in Washington, DC. Can anyone recommend a store that sells yellow miso? Thanks!

Have you checked with Yes Gourmet?  They usually have several different varieties of miso.  Perhaps check their newer stores (I think there is one on 14th up past U street) which tend to be larger with more selection.

Hana on U Street also might be an option. 

Otherwise you'll probably have to head out to the burbs.  Maybe H-Mart?

H-Mart has it, just restocked, they have a huge miso selection.  I know you are DC, for anyone in Arlington, Westover Market has it too.

The Cleveland Park and Capitol Hill Yes Gourmets seem to only have white and red miso regularly stocked.
