Could folks list restaurants (Middle Eastern, Greek, Mexican, Turkish) that stack their cones with real meat, instead of the processed stuff?

I don't care if the meat is frozen; I just don't want it processed.

I don't care if it's ground and mixed with spices; I just don't want fillers.

I'm talking about something like this:

Plaka does both.  The Chicago gyro is processed meat.  The Plaka gyro is layered pork, I believe.

YiaYia's Kitchen-pork (Beltsville).  YiaYia's also advertises a beef & lamb gyro but doesn't state that the cone consists of stacked slices of meat.
