What a great line-up! I wonder how these guys deal with so many markets on the same day--e.g. Spring Valley.

Yesterday Quail had a roll-your-eyes back apricot tart w almond paste and a lemony creme patissiere.

N.B. The web site erroneously calls Dolcezza Dolce. I am not being snarky, but someone other than me might wish to pick up the phone and help the guys give props. Drop by for their amazing Valrhona. Wish they would branch out to serve the richest flavors in cups and not just pints.
