Good Burger Patties

I'm doing a cookout for 110 people soon, and would like to offer something decent in the way of burgers--something better than the standard offerings from Costco type places. I can make my own patties, but I do not have a meat grinder to make my own ground beef. I am considering Urban Burger as an option but wondered if ya'll had any other ideas. Thanks.

Given that you are going to need at least 50 lbs of ground beef (probably more), you ought to be able to go directly to a meat processor and get a bulk price. If I recall correctly, you are near Frederick, MD. Why not call Eric Rice at Country Pleasures Farm and ask him where he gets his beef processed.
