Las Americas, Salvadoran in Falls Church

Recommended Posts

A Plato Completo de Tacos (de res) ($9.95) did nothing to change my perception that the overwhelming majority of Salvadoran restaurants in this area are good for one thing: cheap food, and lots of it. Four double-wrapped tacos filled with overcooked beef mixed in with diced tomato, onion, and cilantro, room-temperature refried beans, and white rice specked with frozen vegetables, served with a little tub of mildly interesting chimol, the fiery-hot Salvadoran radish-based salsa.

Las Americas is open until 2 AM seven days a week.

Cheers,

Rocks.
