youngfood Posted April 14, 2010 Share Posted April 14, 2010 Toyland (421 H St) opened before they had completed decorating and various other things (they are still redoing the kitchen, so food options are limited and they haven't renovated/opened the second floor), but the cocktails are surprisingly good -- I particularly enjoyed the Urban Bourbon Sidecar. Both owners have good experience in the industry, previously working at Acadiana and Ceiba among other spots. Tom Sietsema recently called it his favorite new bar.
