Sthitch Posted January 14, 2008 Share Posted January 14, 2008 Has anyone seen somewhere that sells Shio-Kombu in the area? SuperH did not have it the last time I was there. If you are unfamiliar with this, it is a salted seaweed that is generally cut into small chewy strips. I believe that it is the perfect example of Umami.
