ol_ironstomach
I seem to have missed this earthshaking development last fall. Better late than never. Bless those geniuses at Neal's Yard Dairy - they've resurrected traditional raw-milk, animal rennet Stilton! Except that they're unable to call it Stilton, as the Protected Designation of Origin rules for Stilton came into being only recently, and managed to lock-in the post-1989 use of pasteurized milk and synthetic rennet, so the new cheese has been dubbed Stichelton. Cowgirl in DC supposedly carries it...has anybody here managed to score some yet?
Hannah
DiBruno's in Philly sent out an email on Friday saying that they now carry it.
