Does anyone know where I can get Tartaric Acid for a glaze I am making? Maybe a pastry supply website? Many thanks.

Every gorcery store has it, it is another name for Cream of Tartar.

Yes but there is another form that is liquid which provides a glistening effect plus a citric taste. It comes in dropper bottles.

Raisa, is there a pastry supply store anywhere near you? They might have it.

Cream of Tartar is a derivative of Tartaric Acid, not the same thing. I was looking for tartaric acid myself awhile ago (it's what you need to make your own mascarpone). I've heard that homebrew stores carry it.
