If you are on Balducci's mailing list, they just sent out an email with a survey link. At the end of the survey, you are direct to a 20% off coupon. Methinks it's time for some Capogiro gelato!

(I can post a link to the coupon, but not sure if that is allowed or not?)

edit to add link: Here is the link for the printable coupon

Damn - I just deleted that email without reading it.

Not allowed by whom? I know of no prohibitions of the board's user policy against posting links. If there is one I think most of us are in trouble.

I printed it and filed the page. It's terribly nice of Balducci's to offer its patrons a multiple 20% discount through September, or so it would appear.

I hope this coupon link works: balducci's

I had no problem using it in the Alexandria store on Saturday. The guy in front of me had one too! Incidentally, all of the Capogiro gelato was gone. The cashier cashier caught me a bit off guard when she asked, "what kind of questions were in the survey?"

"Umm, err, you know, the usual questions asking about my shopping preferences" was the best that I could come up with....

I saved something like $40 with mine this weekend. Almost makes it affordable to to do the regular grocery shopping there.

My response to the gotcha questions like this is usually "oh, I don't know, my wife filled it out, and just handed me the coupon."

Are we really allowed to print out as many coupons as we need and go back repeatedly to take advantage of the offer?

If so, seems too good to be true! I better open up some room in the freezer for the Capogiro.

There's nothing preventing you from using them multiple times, unless you're there so often that they start to recognize you... I doubt that their computers maintain a list of credit card numbers and associate them with whether or not you've used the coupon. Besides, I imagine that they're still making plenty of money on our purchases, even with the 20% off!

I certainly don't think that is how they intended the coupon to be used. That being said, I do plan on using it more than just once. However, I wouldn't advise flagrant purchasing either.
