I'd like to introduce In a Pinch Fine Spices, a new small business based in Bethesda. We offer spice blends, peppercorns, baking spices, and gift sets. Please check out our booth inside the Bethesda Farm Women's Cooperative Market or our website:

We started In a Pinch because we wanted to provide interesting, fresh, and unique spice blends - the kind that we like to use ourselves.

Lots of people have fun sampling our blends at our booth, which they've compared to a wine tasting. We also have recipes that go with our products, and food tastings on most Saturdays.

Just wanted to let you know that we'll be appearing at the Virginia Wine Showcase this weekend at the Dulles Expo Center in Chantilly.

The show runs from 11:00-5:00 this Saturday and Sunday, and will feature over 40 Virginia wineries, gourmet foods, and gifts, plus pairing demonstrations and wine tasting seminars.
