I just got out of Garde Manger so I've been all into this stuff the last three weeks. Just wish I had any reason to believe my family liked rillettes, terrines, etc.
Min bror! Your "family" here will bring our forks and knives to, uh, like the Corduroy bar. Make sure you remember an extra rillette for cousin Jake this year! BTW, your uncle Don says hi, and wonders if you'd make him a special combo seasoned with juniper berries, maple syrup, Szechuan peppercorn, and lots of creme de menthe. He looooves that stuff.
