Contrary to what Dave McIntyre said, our program is neither time consuming nor expensive. Our winemaking program is divided into four one-hour sessions over the course of one year for most red wines. And the cost per bottle of our Ultra Premium Napa Cabernet is a fraction of what you'd pay for an almost identical bottle in the wine store.
