Black Jack will be hosting a Pre-Release Party for Port City's newest offering, Revival Stout Saturday, March 17, 2012 from 2PM to 4PM Tickets are on sale for $55 per person, plus tax & fees. Bill Butcher from Port City Brewing Company and Brad Blymier from War Shore Oyster Company will be on hand to talk about this amazing collaboration. Revival Stout is an old-world oyster stout made with War Shore Oysters and brewed by Port City Brewing Company. A portion of the proceeds from the sales by Port City for the Revival Stout are going to the Oyster Recovery Partnership. Anyway, from what I've seen, that's what chefs live for - to puff up and perform when the stakes are even the least bit high-pressure. It makes the endless hours on your feet under fluorescent lights a little more bearable.
