Last Minute Quick Bites in Downtown San Francisco

I'll be in San Francisco at a conference all week and I've done an uncharacteristically poor job of planning ahead. I guess I was reluctant to do so since I'm uncertain whether I'd have any time at all.

I'm staying at the Parc 55 about a mile from the Ferry Building.

Can anyone recommend any must-haves for a party of one?

Thanks everyone :)

I really enjoyed this little wine bar/retail space called the Barrel Room, in the Financial district.  There are three spaces there, a bar/restaurant, 5 or so seats at another much smaller bar in the retail space (much quieter, easier to chat with the staff about the wines) and a "speakeasy" downstairs.

Ferry Building, yes - in fact, it's kind of a must.

Go to Coqueta and sit at the bar - call to see if they take reservations there. It's a pleasant stroll from the Ferry Building (which contains The Slanted Door, btw - it's best for lunch).

I've been to Delfina twice (years apart) and really liked it both times.

Rich Table was really good a couple years ago.

And here are some comments from last summer.
