Want to surprise my best friend with an afternoon high tea. This will be my 7th trip to Paris and not once have I been to high tea. Been to Angelina, Laduree, Fauchon etc, but want a formal afternoon tea experience. Any suggestions appreciated. Price no object, as this is gift to my wonderful best friend.
