Interesting indeed. There is a pop up happening in my hood of lil ol York, Pa, and I wanted to do a bit of research before heading to this event. Thanks for the rec. He is unaware of any strictly Cambodian restaurants in this area, even though Khmer cuisine appears to be interesting, with some unique soups and quite a bit of Vietnamese-Thai fusion. My Cambodian co-worker is not deprived, however, because his mother is reportedly a good cook, and he says that the Vietnamese Phở is pretty doggone close to Cambodian Kuy teav. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
