DonRocks
I sent an email on my icloud.com account several days ago, and was discussing headphones with some friends of mine. There have been no Google searches, and no other information entered on the internet about such things. Now, I'm getting "tailored ads" that deal with headphones. Has the internet really gotten so Orwellian that emails are parsed and scanned for topics, only to be sold for advertising? This should be against the law - how is it not? I was going to say Google has been doing this for awhile with Gmail, but it looks like they stopped earlier this year: https://www.theverge.com/2017/6/23/15862492/google-gmail-advertising-targeting-privacy-cloud-business.
