  1. Chef Eric Ziebold will bring two new restaurants to the city come Winter 2015. Designed by Darryl Carter, Kinship will be located on the first floor of 1015 Seventh Street NW in an historic building dating back to 1907. In the bi-level space, Métier, our second restaurant, will offer an intimate dining experience with partial views of the kitchen. Both restaurants will commit themselves to offer creative and contemporary American cuisine with a continued dedication to hospitality. We are looking for quality candidates: Restaurant Manager, Beverage Professionals, Head Bartender, Line Cooks, Servers, Baristas and more. We are pretty much sold out at this point for this event but will make sure to share the date of the next one when it becomes available.   4. It's all about tradition this Thanksgiving at Sou'Wester, Chef Eric Ziebold's new regionally-influenced American restaurant. The restaurant will feature a holiday à la carte menu, offered on Thursday November 26, Thanksgiving Day, from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. The menu will include a variety of turkey preparations, such as Turkey Liver Mousse and Stuffed Turkey Neck, as well as the more traditional Herb Roasted Turkey Breast and Turkey Leg Confit. Executive Chef Eric Ziebold and Chef de Cuisine Rachael Harriman will also offer an array of classic Thanksgiving sides, such as Green Bean Casserole, Oyster Stuffing and Sweet Potatoes with Marshmallow. And for dessert, Pastry Chef Amanda Cook will bake delicious holiday staples, such as Pecan Pie and Pumpkin Pie. For guests interested in hosting a larger family gathering at Sou'Wester, the restaurant will offer a prix-fixe option at its 10-seat Community Table located in the main dining room. Much of the menu will be served family-style or whole-roasted to facilitate the tradition of sharing on this most special of American holidays. Thanksgiving Menus are enclosed for review!
