DonRocks
I bought this book ages ago, and just found it in my basement. I'll bet a lot of today's young bartenders have never seen it, and I'll be happy to lend it out. The book is straightforward, with two pages devoted to each drink: a picture on the left page, and the recipe on the right. It's hilariously dated (*) while at the same time probably retaining some of its merit. And this guy is SERIOUSLY old school. (*) It has drinks like an "Angel's Tit," a drink topped with white froth and a maraschino cherry on top, with a note adding that "a large or heavy cherry may have to be speared and placed across the glass to prevent it from sinking into the drink."
