The U.K.'s Daily Telegraph reports that McDonald's will be opening in the Louvre next month. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/france/6259044/McDonalds-restaurants-to-open-at-the-Louvre.html# What I was surprised to learn is that after the U.S., France is McDonald's second largest market. My coworker just got back from southern France -- her first ever trip abroad -- and couldn't understand why she didn't see more Starbucks. Le sigh...
