DonRocks Posted May 27, 2005 Share Posted May 27, 2005 I just heard that the west side of 18th street will not be available for parking from 9 PM through 3 AM, Friday and Saturday nights, through the end of September, in an effort to test (and hopefully alleviate) traffic-flow and parking problems.
