KOK
The Heart Attack Grill in Tempe Arizona, where the waitresses are dressed as scantily clad nurses and the cooks are dressed in scrubs is involved in a cause celebre over the term "nurse". The State Board of Nursing is threatening legal action and The Center for Nursing Advocacy has also gotten involved in the fray. I see the Heart Attack Grill as no more different than Hooters and don't believe for a second that nurses are being harmed by this place. Perhaps the use of the word "nursing" to mean sipping a drink should come under scrutiny. Thoughts? DonRocks
Hey it's not the Heart Attack Grill, but Smith and Clarkson's Deli in Springfield offers a Cardiac Arrest Scramble for breakfast (Crispy bacon, cream cheese, and home fries scrambled with eggs. Also available on a sub roll. - click here, then click on Breakfast, then Omelettes.)
Joe Riley
Wow. Just wow. Heart Attack Grill I was stunned to discover that those weren't real nurses. Is nothing sacred?
