Barbara Posted April 24, 2007 Share Posted April 24, 2007 The 6-year-old girl who was killed by a hit-and-run driver in NE DC today was the granddaughter of Easter Spencer, who has worked at the Promenade Apartments for several years. There is much pain in my building today. This has nothing to do with Food and Wine, but still . . . I'm sure Easter would appreciate whatever prayers you feel like offering up. My heart goes out to her family, especially Easter Spencer, and to your building residents who are feeling the terrible loss.
