Rumor has it that wine writing in the WP Food section is going to be *completely* revamped. While I think an overhaul is long overdue, I've always considered Michael Franz' columns to be interesting and educational. I think he's still going to write columns for the Post, or at least planned to. He told me it was just the chats that were stopping due to budget reasons.
