Yesterday Quail had a roll-your-eyes back apricot tart w almond paste and a lemony creme patissiere. N.B. The web site erroneously calls Dolcezza Dolce. I am not being snarky, but someone other than me might wish to pick up the phone and help the guys give props. Drop by for their amazing Valrhona.
