Hi! I'm the new chef at Pesce. My name is Gervais Achstetter. I took over for Tom in September, though I have never met him. Prior to Pesce I was a Tournant at Adour. I spent two years at Cafe Boulud in NYC, a year at Citronelle and a year at Maestro (before it closed). I am a DC native and currently live in Georgetown.
